The ASEP Project will be evaluated using a Randomised Control Trial (RCT) to measure effectiveness of facilitated conferences in increasing school attendance. The young person, their families and other participants in the conferences contribute to understanding the journey and impacts of participating in the project through surveys, involvement in the conference, and commitment to the Action Plan. These contributions are a critical part of evaluating the full impact of ASEP as a model to increase school attendance.
